I fear I failed, miserably. Found it incredibly boring & long winded. Never quite grabbed me by the emotions or yanked my Italian heart in the least. But if this gentleman had been singing in 1963 I might have payed far more attention - a voice that breaks the heart even when you have no idea what he is saying. A style of singing that is so wonderful you find yourself singing words you do not know but by sound -- and hoping no one is listening! Pure, simple, beauty, this album is one of his more recent ones and also a rather fine one; It has some of his older music on it (as any 'best of ..' must ) and several newer pieces I did not recognize so they are either from new albums or are just plain -- NEW. One sounds almost Moorish or Spanish - or both, very handsome. Well worth buying. Enjoy - completely.
